HOW IT WORKS + fAQ-s

A few details

  • We’ll agree on # of months up front, together

  • Recommended 3-6 months / minimum of 2

  • You can cancel earlier, if desired

  • We schedule all sessions upfront

  • On the first of each month. :)

  • Most big projects take time! It’s important to give this major up-level / transformation / emergence regular cultivation and space.

    It’s common to hit roadblocks and snags. And, for sudden and strange emotions to arrive that require attention. I think it’s essential to have room and bandwidth to handle both the planned, and unplanned steps in this journey. And to integrate the changes so they stick!

    In my experience, at least two months is usually needed for major change.

  • This really depends! After we talk about your goals, hopes, dreams … usually we’ll both intuitively know what you’ll need.

    If we’re considering this support, we’ll plan a free session to talk it over.

  • Please provide as much notice as possible. Ideally 2-3 weeks. Of course, you may cancel at any time!

  • No, I do not promise or a guarantee any results! These sorts of projects have a life of their own.

    What I do promise / guarantee: you will get my FULL PRESENCE during our sessions. We will make incredible progress. I will bring knowledge, skill, and positive energy. I will buoy you up when you feel down. I will honor all your emotions, desires, instincts. I will listen to your fears. We will listen to your body. I will adjust the pace so it is comfortable to you!

    You will feel proud of whatever we do! If you stick with the whole process, your life will be changed!

  • I’ll admit, this is a little hard to define!

    The idea is that you can get in touch throughout the week, if you need to. For quick questions, snags, vents, ideas. I will respond as I can, via text, or we might do a quickie phone or Zoom.

    Ideally, this will be limited, as in a few times per week. I don’t want to get into tracking minutes…

    It will be more of a “sense” thing. If we’re getting to the limit, I will say something to that effect. Like, “we’re getting maxed out on our weekly text support”. Then, you can either pause and wait, or we can add more support that week for an extra fee.

  • Generally, anyone who has completed a full 3 or 4 part package. Or OG clients from 2013-2023.

  • Yay! Please ask me about this service during a session. Or, email me, and we’ll set up a convo!
